Hi, I’m Hirbod Choobak. I have over 23 years of hands-on experience in sports nutrition and exercise physiology, helping people build healthier lifestyles, stronger bodies, and more energy.
I hold an MSc in Exercise Physiology & Sports Nutrition, along with international personal training certifications (GAU Cyprus, AIU) and a FIFA Medicine Diploma. But what I’m most proud of is helping each person reach their unique goals, not just giving cookie-cutter programs.
